Mobile phone usage stays unaltered at your existing network contract. There are no additional charges or premium call rates to use Mobi-Mail to access your mailbox. If you wish to use SMS or FAX services within mobiMail then our costs are recovered by deductions from your mobiMail credits.

When you register you are given 25 free Mobi-Mail credits.

For every SMS that we send to your mobile 2.5 credits are deducted from your balance.

For every email that you forward to a UK based fax machine 5 Mobi-Mail credits are deducted.

For every email that you copy to a non UK based fax machine 10 Mobi-Mail credits are deducted.

Credits can be purchased online at GBP 0.05 (5 pence) per credit using Paypal and your credit or debit card.

Notes:

There are no credits consumed when using Mobi-Mail to access your mailbox on a PC or mobile phone. There are no charges for using Mobi-Mail spam killer. There are no charges to for account set-up or access.
